AgileTrust Projects was born from an unlikely partnership between Dairyion Gardenhire, a chef, and Qaisar Shah, a surgeon, who met while working at a hospital.

Driven by a shared vision to create something bigger, they combined their skills and passion to establish AgileTrust Projects.

    Dairyion Gardenhire, from Kalamazoo, MI, discovered his passion for project management while working with a nonprofit. This role ignited his interest in improving processes for organizing and overseeing initiatives. Inspired by Muhammad Ali's quote "impossible is nothing," Dairyion believes that with persistence, planning, and the right approach, anything is achievable—just like the creation of Rome through countless small factors coming together to build a grand vision.

    With a strong educational background including fellowships from the University of Minnesota and the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Shah has held important roles such as the Director of Neurointerventional and Neurocritical Care at Abington Jefferson Health.

    His career includes numerous publications, significant clinical research, and active participation in professional societies.

Dairyion's hard working, structured, and empathetic nature, coupled with Qaisar's confidence in his abilities, laid the foundation for a company dedicated to delivering successful projects with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
